A New Hope – Aree AI
AI-Assisted Medical Image Analysis
A New Hope is a Windows desktop application that provides AI-assisted diagnostic screening and pathology classification across 11 trained medical imaging modalities. Built on ONNX Runtime with EfficientNet-V2-S, it runs fully offline with AES-256-GCM encrypted models and USB-dongle licensing.

Dual-Model Pipeline
Model 1 performs binary Normal/Abnormal screening (90–100% accuracy). Model 2 classifies specific pathologies with clinical-grade precision.
Visual Interpretability
CAM (Class Activation Map) heatmaps highlight AI-detected abnormality regions for clinician review.
Offline & Secure
Runs fully offline. ONNX models encrypted with AES-256-GCM. USB dongle licensing with RSA-2048 signatures and anti-cloning protection.
DICOM Support
Brain CT module processes DICOM slices with standard brain windowing (W:80, L:40). JPEG/PNG/TIFF supported.
Bilingual UI & Reports
Interface and generated reports available in both Thai and English.
